Brad enjoys helping people navigate the unique challenges of rural land development in Ontario. After spending nearly a decade in Muskoka, he and his family returned to their roots, which is proudly centered in Peterborough and the Kawartha's.
With 15 years working in environmental consulting and municipal services, Brad has focused his career around supporting rural water supply and wastewater management needs. He focuses on providing practical, regulation‑aligned solutions for on‑site sewage system design and rural servicing, working closely with homeowners, designers, builders, and regulators.
Returning home gave him the chance to bring together his consulting and municipal experience and apply it to practical, straightforward servicing solutions for rural projects in complex environments.
As a BCIN‑accredited designer, Brad also draws on his broader experience in environmental consulting to add depth and perspective to every project.
